The PUPS and I have been at Eagle Nest State Park, New Mexico for almost a week. As seen in an earlier post, there are some beautiful sunsets here. Yesterday, I took one of the favorite hikes in New Mexico - Middle Fork Lake in Carson National Forest. It was 2.2 miles almost straight up with dozens of switchbacks. The lake was at 10,800 feet. Tonight, I captured another beautiful sunset.
There were wildflowers everywhere on the mountain; however, the Galaxy cell phone was all I had and the flower shots left something to be desired. The one shown above was the only "keeper".
