Part Two: Claire and Jackson's Keys Christmas Holiday Adventure!!

As much as Claire enjoyed the pool, in time, she came to really appreciate kayaking. This made Granddaddy Steve very, very happy. What a truly special day to see someone so young overcome her fears. What started as scary ended up being one of her highlights!!!!

It sure was mine....

Getting started with more than a little trepidation!!

Claire said, "I rather be in a boat this size!!!!"  

Granddaddy Steve wishfully thinks this way too!!!! I could still use the kayak as a dingy!!!!

 Santa, are you listening???? 

Claire got a little unnerved when she saw this and wanted to go in.

But, she couldn't resist this cute face!!!!

Claire suddenly spied this Keys resident....

....and its friend!!!!

Claire takes the "reins"!!!! ....or should I say,

"PADDLE"

One last poise before heading in....

There were birds everywhere....

Doodle was also a lucky PUPPY on this water PATH!!!! Notice the boat's name....

Checking out Claire's paddling skills....

She's really taking over!!!!

Doddle says, "Girlfriend is really pretty good!!!!"

If it has feathers and flies, Doodlebug will point it!!!!
