A Toast To You All...

I am just learning how to use a real camera. A lot of times I push the "shoot button" and nothing happens. That especially happens when I try to take photos at night. Guess I have to read the manual.

Kayaking Adventure @ Knights Key!!

Bill and Mary Burnham asked me to record memories for some college students that were school break and came to Marathon to go on a several day kayaking trek to Key West. Within minutes they forgot I was there with a camera and went about getting the task at hand done. The light left a lot to desire and often they were at a great distance from me on the shore. Other than some head shots and the class picture, nothing was staged or posed. I just clicked as it was happening...

Sorry, Dick, but the colors were more than I could resist. Could not pass up an opportunity to paint.
