Ruffin's Roost - A Step Back In Time!!

Yesterday, Evin and I stepped back in time when we, by chance, learned of "Ruffin's Roost" on Lentz Harness Shop Road in Mt. Pleasant, NC. As one will see in this post, the owners - Tiffany & Miles Ruffin - have a unique way with "Vintage * Primitive * Farmhouse"!! Ruffin's Roost is located just off  NC Hwy 49 east of Charlotte, NC 

Evin and I actually made a purchase of the plates with the red Hibiscus  on them. Who would guess?!?!?

At Ruffin's Roost I met a fellow lover of bird dogs and bird hunting, Rayvon. Our South Dakota license tags attract other bird hunters no matter where Evin and I stop.

Just look for the rooster and the barn!!

PART 7: Our RV PATH of Dreams Changes

Today, the brick work all but got finished.

Johnny cut the engineered pieces of steel to go over the garage door and the screened porch.

At four o'clock it was quitting time for the week. 85% of the brick work is done. Just the front and back steps, over the garage and over the screened porch remains to be done.
