Snowbells, Camellias & Daffodils!!!!

Daffodils and camellias are in full-bloom all over our new neighborhood. So both in the morning and the afternoon Evin, Bumble, Eddie and I took long walks. I went back to the house and grabbed the Nikon. Then later we went to visit our favorite cousin, Phyllis, and took some more photos of daffodils and snowbells with my Samsung Galaxy 4 smartphone.

Spring is just around the corner!!!!

Dotsy's Snowbells & Daffodils!!

Daffodils & Snowbells

This past Sunday Evin's and my favorite cousin Phyllis had us over for a delightful brunch which we followed up by going to an afternoon movie together. Our friend Dotsy was home by the time we returned and we all shared some hummingbird cake. The cake was unreal!!

Last time we visited Dotsy I took some photos of some of the flowers in her yard with my phone. This time out I had presence of mind to take the Nikon. Above and below are the results.

Snowbells and daffodils together have to be some of my favorite flowers to photograph.

Of Late

Of late Eddie, Bumble, Evin and I have been very busy. I miss taking photos and blogging. So, today, I got on the computer and processed some recent photos I took with my phone during our walks and on a recent visit with our favorite cousin, Phyllis...

I can't tell you how much I miss Doodle. She would love to check out the new crop of daffodils as they peek out from the ground announcing that Spring is not far away...

HIGH ROCK

Evin, Eddie, Bumble and I have come off the road from full-time RVing. Since December 1st we have been living on High Rock Lake in North Carolina in a dear friend's lake house. It goes without saying that we all miss our dear little Doodlebug.

We think of Doodle every day when we take our walks, something that she really enjoyed. The sunset above was taken four days before Doodle left us. She would love High Rock even on foggy days as shown below.
