STORM CLOUDS

This afternoon Evin and I decided to take a trip to Key West. Within a few miles I was driving into a rain storm which we could see although it was miles away. Usually when there in a storm during the day the ingredients are there for a magnificent sunset. We got home almost a little too late but I just had to make a quick ride to the Old 7 Mile Bridge to take a few shots...

  1. I love the shots of rain falling in the distance. Sunsets are always more spectacular after a rain. We are at Lost Maples State Park in the Texas hill country right now. Challenging hikes. Isolated. Beautiful. Quiet.

    1. I agree. It is hard for me to get up for sunrises; but, I sure try after storms. especially at Knights Key.

I quess it is time for most of us "old RVers" to head toward our winter "nesting grounds". I know we are glad to be here for the winter. We enjoyed the traveling; but, it is time to slow down just a little.

      Be safe.

Had our levelers removed yesterday - glad to see them gone - one big headache solved!!!!! Will use leveler blocks for time being as most places we stay it is pretty level to begin with.
