The PUPS & Flowers In The Rain!!

The PUPS and I have been in Arizona almost two months. Today, we find ourselves in Tubac at Tubac Trailer Tether. The "Bus" broke down in the middle of the street and we had to have a mobile RV service come from Tucson to replace the chassis battery disconnect switch. Since being in Arizona I have been to La Mesa RV for repairs in Quartzsite (one time) and Tucson (two times). Tubac is an artist colony just a little north of Nogales, Mexico just off Interstate 19.

A rare occurrence is occurring as I write - the rain in coming down!! When the rain started this morning I took a few photos of the PUPS lounging around the "Bus". Later, the rain slowed and I ventured out and took a couple of quick shots of some of the flowers close to where we are parked in the mobile home park...

On Tuesday it is on to Sonoita and Patagonia. My plans are to trade the "Bus" for a 2014 Tiffin Allegro Bus 37AP. I will be returning to the Memphis, Tennessee area to facilitate the trade around April 15. On the way back East I plan stops in Deming, New Mexico; Katy, Texas; Panama City, Florida and Cleveland, Mississippi.

I have been very busy trying to take in all the activities with the WIN singles group. Not much time for doing blog posts. I will try to do a little better and post some photos of my earlier travels.

I will close this post with some other photos of late and a recent sunset over where the WIN group is camping...

Stay tuned...

  1. It is crazy that you have had so much trouble with your rig. I forget what kind you have? Hopefully, the new one will be much better. We have had extremely good luck with our Newmar.

Nice pictures, as always. Sounds like you are staying very busy.

We are building a new very small rv house in the same neighborhood in Retama Village, so our coach house is for sale. We are staying at Retama this summer while our house is under construction, but plan to travel again next year. Things never seem to stay the same.

    1. I currently have a 2012 Tiffin Allegro Bus 40 QBP. Newmar was a close second choice. What might have been had I made a different decision I will never know. I'm excited for you about building your new home!!
